How Remote Counselling Actually Works
Students are often sceptical that this works as well as sitting across a desk. In practice the process is identical, and in some ways faster:
- Documents move digitally anyway. Transcripts, passports and bank statements are scanned and uploaded regardless of whether you visit an office. Universities accept digital submissions.
- Sessions are recorded on request. You can rewatch the discussion when comparing options with your family, which is not possible with an in-person meeting.
- No travel time or cost. A Lahore student loses a full day and several thousand rupees travelling to a consultancy in another city.
- Same counsellor throughout. You are not handed between staff members. The person who assesses your profile handles your file to departure.
One practical note for Lahore students: several embassies and visa application centres, including the German mission, process applications through Islamabad rather than Lahore. We factor that travel into your timeline when planning your application.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have an office in Lahore?
No. Our only office is in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. We serve Lahore students entirely online through video counselling, and handle applications and visa files remotely. If you would prefer to meet in person, you are welcome at our Karachi office.
Can the whole process really be done remotely?
Yes. Applications, offer acceptance and visa file preparation are all digital. The only steps requiring your physical presence are your biometrics appointment and medical examination, both of which take place at designated centres, not at a consultancy.
Is online counselling free?
Yes, exactly as it is for walk-in students. The session, profile assessment and university shortlist cost nothing. Service charges apply only when you decide to proceed, and we state them clearly beforehand.
How do I send my documents?
Scans over WhatsApp or email are sufficient for applications. Original attested documents are needed only at the visa submission stage, and we tell you exactly what to prepare and where to have it attested in Lahore.
Which destination suits my budget?
That depends on your marks, English test status and how much your family can arrange. Germany is the lowest-cost route because public universities charge no tuition. Malaysia, Turkey and Hungary are also affordable, and several offer fully funded scholarships. We work the numbers in PKR during your session.
How long does the process take?
Typically 4–8 months from first session to departure. Germany takes longer because the APS certificate alone runs 6–10 weeks. Apply early rather than close to an intake deadline.
