2. Our Services

HS Global Consultants provides the following services:

• Free educational counselling and university shortlisting
• Application assistance for universities in Australia, UK, Germany, Canada, USA and other countries
• Student visa guidance and documentation support
• SOP and personal statement writing assistance
• Scholarship identification and application support
• Australia PR and Canada PR pathway guidance

Our core consultancy service is free. We are compensated by our partner universities. We will always be transparent about any fees applicable to specific services.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide the best possible guidance, HS Global Consultants cannot guarantee:

• University admission — final decisions rest with the institution
• Visa approval — final decisions rest with the relevant government authority
• Scholarship awards — final decisions rest with the awarding body
• Employment or PR outcomes after graduation

Our 95% visa success rate reflects our historical performance and is not a guarantee of individual outcomes. Success depends on a student's academic profile, documentation quality and visa authority decisions.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of HS Global Consultants, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and honest information about your academic background and personal circumstances
• Submit all required documents in a timely manner
• Not misrepresent qualifications, test scores or financial capacity to any institution or visa authority
• Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances
• Pay any agreed service fees on time

We reserve the right to terminate our services if a client provides false information or engages in conduct that violates the policies of universities or visa authorities.

5. Website Use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to HS Global Consultants for the specific service in question.

9. Refund Policy

For any paid services:

• Refund eligibility and timelines will be specified in your individual service agreement
• University application fees and government visa fees are generally non-refundable once submitted
• Service fees paid to HS Global may be partially refundable if we have not commenced the specific service

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
